Chef Shawn has put together Gluten Free Recipe Books of different items by flavor that can be purchased either from this website or our online bakery store.  Each book is available for $2.98 to help cover the cost of research and testing of these new baked goods. 

Once you have purchased one of these recipe books, you will be given instructions on how to access and download them in a PDF format which can then be opened and read using Acrobat Reader.  This way a digital copy will be on your computer and you will also be able to print a hard copy any time you want.
