Liability Insurance:

The Orchard Events Center requires each of our clients to carry liability and property damage insurance of at least $1 million

You may obtain this insurance by naming The Orchard Events Center on an existing home owners or business policy listing host liquor liability coverage or you may contact Wed Safe insurance company at 877-723-3933 or www.wedsafe.com for a one day policy

A copy of your insurance listing The Orchard Events Center as additionally insured must be in our office no less then 2 weeks (14 days) in advance of your event

 

Deposit Information:

A nonrefundable deposit of $1000.00 is due upon booking the facility which will be applied to the total cost of your event with the remaining balance due 2 weeks (14 days) prior to your event.

A security/cleaning deposit of $500.00 is due 2 weeks (14 days) prior to event.  If no damage, extra guests or overtime occur and outside caterer fulfills obligations this is returned 1 week (7 days) after your event by check.

 

Alcohol:

NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL may be brought in by you or your guests

If you wish bar service you must use our preferred vendor

$450.00 bar setup fee required

Disposable barware required

No alcohol or open contains to be removed from the property

Client must provide proof of insurance & liquor liability naming The Orchard Events Center as additionally insured on a $1 million liability policy

Your event will be concluded if we find any state laws being broken such as underage drinking, violence, and destruction of property or disorderly and disrespectful conduct

Proof of insurance must be received no less then 2 weeks (14 days) in advance
