Catering Guidelines

 

Meal Guarantee:

A minimum attendance guarantee is required at the time you sign your contract.  If no guarantee is provided, your original expected attendance (on your quote sheet) will be considered as your guarantee.  You will be charged for the guarantee regardless of lesser attendance.  Once given, the meal guarantee may not be lowered.  Additional attendance may be added up to 72 hours in advance of your event.

 

Tax and Service Charge:

California State Sales tax and customary 15% administrative charge will be added to all events.  Gratuities are at your own discretion.  Delivery fees vary depending upon distance.

 

Servers:

$125.00 per server for 4 hours of service which includes 30 minutes prior to the event.

 

Dinnerware Rental:

Place Setting: Dinner Plate, Dessert Plate, Knife, Fork, Spoon, Dessert Fork, Water Glass

$3.05

Disposable Dinnerware: $2.00 per setting (unless stated differently) 

Table Linen: $6.75 (prices subject to change)

Cloth Napkins: $0.65 (prices subject to change)

 

Price changes may occur without notice.  Payment schedule is as follows:

$125.00 booking fee required to confirm date.

50% due at Menu Confirmation.

25% due two weeks prior to event.

Remaining balance due three days prior to event.

 

$125.00 booking fee is non-refundable within 60 days of event.
